7. Guangmou Spirit

It can be obtained by following Snake Trail’ Keeper’s Shrine in Bamboo Grove, avoiding Lesser Yaoguai along the way, until you reach Guangmou’s arena and defeat a Yaoguai Chief in Chapter 1. With this Spirit equipped, the player can replicate Guangmou’s summoning of a snake to spray venom at the enemy, causing poisoning effects. This attack is very iconic in Black Myth Wukong because the venom causes tremendous damage.

While not permanent, Poisoned state lasts for a considerable amount of time, allowing the player to chip away at the enemy’s health over the course of the fight until they are dead. In the meantime, the player can damage the enemy directly as the snakes attack until they can summon the snakes again. The player’s increased Poison Damage and Resistance are particularly effective against Snake Patrollers, Skeletal Snakes, and Poisestone that appears in Chapter 2.

6. Rat Governor

Rat Governor provides a relatively rare ranged attack capability in Black Myth Wukong. Obtained by defeating the corresponding enemy in Chapter 2, Rat Governor can leap up and fire lightning from his staff at enemies, dealing electrocution damage. Extremely useful when distance is required, especially when the player is low on health and wishes to avoid melee damage. 3. Gore-Eye Daoist

Gore-Eye Daoist does not deal damage directly, but creates a buff zone by transforming into a specific creature and implanting a secondary staff. The eye on the top of the staff emits a crimson glow. When the player attacks enemies in this zone, the damage will be significantly increased until they leave the zone.
