In ESO, Deadlands DLC has introduced 3 new Mythic-level items. Like all items with this tag, these items cannot be equipped with other Mythics because you can only equip one Mythic item at a time. One of the new items is the Spaulder of Ruin.

Spaulder of Ruin is a powerful support-oriented Mythic, it sacrifices the damage output of the wielder to increase the DPS of the teammates, and it will be triggered when the player squats down, so if you do stealthy adventures in ESO, don't forget to unequip. Spaulder of Ruin Effects

When you use it, it will allow you to enter an Aura of Pride, a 12-meter-wide area, giving up to 6 allies 260 weapons and spell damage, while reducing your weapon and spell damage by 130 for each ally. The Aura of Pride only exists when you are crouched, which makes the caster less mobile and cannot put out as much damage.

It can give your teammates a huge bonus while sacrificing your ability to move in battle or contribute to damage numbers. So, if you have good enough teammates, these personal debuffs shouldn't be as important as the huge boons the team gets.

How to get Spaulder of Ruin?

You can create these 3 Mythic items through the Antiquities system. Due to their high quality, only Master-level Scryers can put them together.

By following 5 Leads and discovering 5 fragments, you can combine them into Spaulder of Ruin. When Scrying these Leads, you need to be patient.
