  • WotLK Classic Phase 2: How Can I Make Thousands Of Gold With Faction Transfer?

    Posted: Feb 13, 2023

Faction Transfer just got added to the game and thousands of players are taking the leap. But they're all making a huge mistake. They're losing out on massive potential profit. Luckily, I've compiled the ultimate Faction Transfer gold making guide, so you can make tens of thousands of WOTLK Classic Gold when you transfer.

    Faction Transfer Info

Before you begin your Faction Transfer, you need to know that there's a 25k gold cap per character. Due to this cap, we need to be storing our WOTLK Classic Gold, primarily expensive and stackable items. But, that's actually a great thing since there are profit making differences between item prices on each faction.

You'll want to first determine the price difference for items between factions. I recommend making a level one and checking the opposing Auction House alternatively. NexusHub allows you to quickly compare prices. If you play the system correctly, you can make over 10,000 WOTLK Classic Gold from one Faction Transfer. So, let's talk about what items to actually transfer for big profit.

    Big Ticket Items

The expensive items you'll want to be moving to the opposite faction are crafting materials, like Maraudon drops, Scarlet Rubies and Frozen Orbs. Enchanting materials are also great, like Abyss Crystals, Enchanting Vellum as well as crafted leg buffs, such as Sapphire Spellthread. And don't forget those epic fishing gems, such as Bold Stormjewel and Runed Stormjewel from the daily, either.

I also plan to transfer with a few Darkmoon Card: Greatness, decks on hand since prices on servers like Grobulis vary by over 500 WOTLK Classic Gold. It's important to understand the population differences between the two factions you're switching between. That's because population actually determines the raw material prices. For example, a Eranikus. Herbs and potions are higher in Alliance than Horde. There are just less Herbalists picking the herbs, less Fishers fishing and less Miners mining. But speaking of herbs and mining stacks of herbs and ores are great cross-faction flips.

You can also transfer full stacks of flasks, potions even Northern Spices, right now. Flask of the Frost Wyrm is almost three gold higher in Eranikus Alliance than Horde. Just remember to clean your bags out first to maximize room for profits.

    Make A Profit With Pets

Pets are nearly guaranteed profit when you faction change, so stock up. There's Moths and the Cats, snakes from Orgrimmar and Dragonhawks from Silvermoon City

Don't forget the Argent Tournament pets, too, since you can't purchase the opposite faction fast from tournament vendors. And click the Malevolent Hatchling and Elwynn Lamb can be flipped for big profit. Just search the Auction House for every pattern. Snag up anything below market price. A 500 WOTLK Classic Gold is usually a good value.

    Recipes

Transferring recipes is profitable as well since some recipes can only be obtained from Alliance or Horde vendors. For example, the Recipe: Beer Basted Boar Ribs is 18 gold on Grabulous Horn and only two gold on Gravia's Alliance. Meanwhile, the Recipe: Scorpid Surprise is nine times more expensive on a lion's than horn.

    The Future Of Faction Transfer

If you plan to fax and transfer later on when race changes get added, you should plan your strategy, right now. Saving up a huge stack of WOTLK Classic Gold for Crusader arms to transfer them to a less populated faction is printing money. Also, in Toc the new epic Jazz will replace Scarlet Rubies as one of the best cross-faction flips.

Stocking up on Emblems of Heroism and Titanium Ore is a great idea and if you want a really big ticket item to flip Battered Hilt, prices will vary by thousands per server when they're added in the end game. And while this isn't a big factor yet, many players will be transferring to Alliance for PVP and Horde for PVE on an evenly balanced server in a few months, transferring items, like Mystic Autumn's Glows to Alliance or Potions of Speed to Horde result in higher profit.

  • Tips To Farm Champion's Seals Fast In WOTLK Classic Phase 2

    Posted: Feb 02, 2023

The Argent Tournament is underway, bringing the most profitable and fun dailies in Northrend. Whether you plan to keep the rewards for yourself or sell them for more gold, you'll want to be questing as optimally as possible. I've got the best strategies to get Champion's Seals fast for new players and seasons jousting veterans alike.

Before we start, I recommend setting your Hearthstone in Amberpine Lodge or Conquest Hold for quick Grizzly Hills teleports. However, if you've turned in The Magical Kingdom of Dalaran quest, just keep your Hearthstone and Dalaran. We'll cover the advanced secret shortly. But if you're just starting out, you need to complete the basic tutorial first, then you'll unlock the three Aspirant Dailies for efficiency purposes.

The Training In The Field quest is best on far south of the Argent Camp due to high mob density and there's only one Weapon Quest with a trick to it. A Blade Fit For A Champion quest grab my Weakaura Pack. So, once you get to the Valiant rank, you now have four dailies each day.

There's the Weapon Quest from before, which is exactly the same. Then there's the Valiant's Field Training and kill quest, which you can group up for I like to pull two packs and then Starfall the Converted Heroes down in three seconds.

Then there's The Grand Melee quest. If you're doing this quest or the champion version, the secret comes down to the shields. Each shield on you or the enemy is the 30 damage reduction. The shield and the thrust are also on separate global cooldowns to spam those Shields anytime they're down.

The best jousting strategy is to start behind the opponent to get maximum distance. I'd like to throw two Shield-Breakers while backing up, then charge and then spam thrust while spamming your Shield when the opponent backs away throw a Shield Breaker and then charge again and continue spamming thrust.

After jousting practice, we've got to do it for real for the quest - At The Enemy's Gates. Grouping up is highly recommended. Since one player can tank while the other unload Shield-Breakers and charges when you finally become a Champion. Three new dailies will unlock plus you'll need to pick a new city to rank up for Valiant.

Your first order of business is to complete the The Black Knight's Fall chain to unlock a fourth daily. The chain starts at Crusader Hotawa and after some CSI Azeroth activities, she'll be fighting the Black Knight. This will unlock the threat from above quest, which requires you to kill Chillmaw and his three Cultist Bombardiers. I highly recommend grouping up for this quest. It'll make it so much easier. Also, remember to select the Champion's Purse every time you finish a quest to maximize your Champion Seals.

The next quest Battle Before The Citadel is just like At The Enemy's Gates, except you need to kill Commanders instead. Make sure to do Enemy's Gates at the same time and try to group up for both and of course prioritize maintaining your shield and depleting the Commander Shield. And for among the Champions, the same strategy from jousting Valiants will apply. However, the CPU is more aggressive and you'll need to be better at maintaining your shield and breaking theirs. Finally for taking the battle to the enemy, the best location is directly south of the camp or at Aldur'thar.

All right, so you know how to do all the quests optimally. What should you do with all your seals? My recommendation is to purchase the rarer faction Rams and sell them so that you can get lots of WOTLK Classic Gold right now.

  • A Complete Guide For WotLK Classic Phase 2 Argent Tournament

    Posted: Jan 19, 2023

This article introduces a guide on everything you need to know about the Argent Tournament when it launches with Phase 2 on January 17.

Regarding Ulduar and Wrath Lich King Classic, first we talk a little bit about the Argent Tournament. The Argent Tournament was designed to create a small strike force of Alliance and Horde members to attack Icecrown Citadel and kill the Lich King once and for all the tournament grounds in the sanctuary. So, no PVP is allowed a main quest line and daily quests allow players to gain reputation with various sub-factions for rewards, including titles, achievements, mounts, and Companion Pets.

Jousting is a mini game required for daily quests and faction reputation gains. The path to earning Champion status is a long one and I'll do my best to simplify it.

When you first get to the Argent Tournament grounds, you will have to complete all the Introductory Quests. After completing the Introductory Quests, you will have access to what's known as the Aspirant Quests, which will reward Aspirant Seals. After earning 15 Aspirant Seals, Valiant Quests will now be available to you, which reward Valiant's Seals. After earning 25 Valiant's Seals, the Champion Quests will be open for your faction city, as well as Valiant Quests for other races in your faction. Champion Quests will reward you with Champion Seals, which are then used to turn in for mounts, taverns and pets. Generally, pets are about 40 Champion Seals, taverns are 50 Champion Seals, ground mounts are 100 Champion Seals and flying mounts are 150 Champions Seals and are sold from the city vendors located throughout the grounds.

Completing Champion Status for each faction City, earns you the title of Crusader and a new set of daily quests will now be open to earn more Champion Seals. Finally, once you earn Champion Status, the Argent Crusade and Death Knight Quest givers gives you a choice of reward, either a Champion's Writ or a Champion's Purse.

The Champion's Writ is used for buying reputation tokens to earn reputation with other factions in your race. The Champion's Purse contains a small amount of WOTLK Classic Gold and a decent chance of getting an extra Champion Seal. The Black Knight Questline sends players on a journey to investigate and ultimately unmask the mysterious Black Knight, who has set up camp on the tournament grounds.

Here are just some of the mounts that you can get for a full list of mounts, pets and tablets. Some of the amounts include an Argent Charger, which only can be purchased by a Paladin. The Storm, one faction has an Argent Warhorse. Darnassians has a Nightsaber. Ironforge has a Mechanostrider and Ram. Multiple factions have their version of the Hippogryph and you can also get an Argent Squire that can be upgraded to a vendor, bank and mailbox by applying an Argent Pony Bridle to it.

The Argent Pony Bridle can be purchased from the Argent Crusade quartermaster for 150 Champion Seals and it allows you to choose one of the three options every four hours similar to your Northrend Wormhole. So, once every four hours you can choose a bank, a vendor or a mailbox and will last for three minutes unlike a MOLL-E or a Prepot or a Wormhole. Only the person whom the Squire belongs to can use the services. So, you can't use the Squire mailbox for your whole raid. You still have to drop a MOLL-E , if you are not an Engineer. This might be pretty useful for you.

Here's everything you need to know to get started in the Argent Tournament. I hope this article was helpful.

  • What Can You Do Right Now In WotLK Classic Phase 2 Before The Upcoming Ulduar Raid?

    Posted: Jan 18, 2023

Wrath of the Lich King Classic has started on January 17. And we have already know that the Ulduar raid will launch on January 19.Instead of waiting, you might as well do something these days to better prepare for the new raid.

*One of the first things you're going to want to do is get your new Titan Rune Dungeon Daily done. We now have what's colloquially known as Heroic + Dungeons released and you can actually target some Phase One 10 man loot that you might be missing, still something like the Stray, some Trinkets or some Snrs. But doing the Daily will actually give you some extra badges, so you can stack up on badges getting ready for the Ulduar raid. The last boss can also drop a bag, which called Bounty Stachel. You might have to roll against the rest of your group for some extra badges.

Now there's a ton of badge loot that is all upgrades from Phase One loot and some of them are basically alternative this. But doing your Titan Rune Dungeons right now is going to be one of the best things you can do. As I mentioned 10 man loot dropping from these dungeons, 25 man loot from the raids will now drop in 10 man versions of those raids, also 25 man raids. It looks like we'll drop extra loot, so you should go in and clear all of the raids this week to get that extra gear to help you get ready for the upcoming Ulduar raid.

*Another thing you can do is go and do your Fishing dailies on every character that has Fishing. We should be able to get Epic Gems from the Fishing daily. Now that you're in Phase Two, you should be able to get them early and equip them already for your gear for Ulduar or have them saved up so that whenever you get an upgrade, you can instantly equip the gems.

On that note, you should make sure you finish leveling up your professions and get all of your Consumables for the raid and for professions. Engineering is just so useful in this raid. Having rocket boots can save you from so many mechanics that should kill you. Otherwise, I would massively suggest everyone that has Engineering or can get Engineering before Ulduar launches to make sure you have rocket boots. This might sound weird but you want to also stock up on IRL consumes for this weekend. Most people are going to have a very long weekend dealing with Ulduar 10 and 25 mans potentially, even with multiple characters.

And you definitely don't want to forget about eating food, so maybe get a few things you can just heat up in the microwave. It is actually extremely useful, whenever there's a new phase launch and it's kind of underrated. You can also get some energy drinks or whatever you need. But try to stay healthy.

From there, you're pretty much ready for the raid. You can do some dailies up in Icecrown, but they won't really help you out for the raid itself. Other than that you're going to want to focus on making sure your assignment sheets are all panned out, make sure you know every boss and every boss mechanic and your own job for those bosses and also making sure you know like your guilds planned for the raid.

If you want to complete tasks faster in WOTLK Classic Phase Two, or want to defeat bosses in Ulduar raid faster, you can prepare a lot of WOTLK Classic Gold in advance to easily get more excellent equipment and weapons.
